By renting a dumpster from Dump Dynasty Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Rental Agreement

Renting from Dump Dynasty Rentals constitutes your agreement to these terms. The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at pickup. Rentals are available in 24-hour, 3-day, and 7-day periods.

Placement & Property

  • You are responsible for designating a safe, accessible placement location for the dumpster
  • The dumpster must be placed on a hard, stable surface capable of supporting its weight
  • Placement on public streets may require a permit from your local municipality — it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits
  • We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from normal placement and pickup operations
  • Ensure adequate overhead clearance (minimum 20 feet) for delivery and pickup

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in our dumpsters:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, motor oil)
  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Tires
  • Batteries (automotive or industrial)
  • Appliances containing refrigerants (refrigerators, AC units)
  • Medical or biohazard waste
  • Flammable liquids or materials
  • Electronics (TVs, computers) — contact us for e-waste disposal options

Placement of prohibited items may result in additional fees and the renter is liable for any disposal costs or fines incurred.

Weight Limits

All rentals include 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of debris. Additional weight is billed at the prevailing overage rate. Do not overfill the dumpster above the top rail — overfilled loads cannot be legally transported and may result in additional charges.

Damage & Liability

You are responsible for the dumpster during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by improper loading or prohibited items, will be billed to the renter.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Prices are as listed at the time of booking and are subject to change.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
